I sure wish you were here in Michigan! I have hip pain, been limping for almost 2 years. I have pretty much the same symptoms, I think mine is adhesions. I had PT they said my hip flexor is short and tight. It takes a while after I lay down to straighten my one leg. I checked the drfinder list, the closest was Indiana but doesn't sound the same as what you do 😔
Hahah men says avoid been 😂😂😂 I have scaitic I tried every exercise and nope no luck But I end up going to swimming pool omfg I did exercise while I am lift up by the water it helps sooo much now I can cough with out going uhhh uhhh I feel like it’s going away slowly pools are the best you have scaitic goto swimming pools let the water lift you up then move your legs around or jump up and down

Love it... This is a huge step into the right direction. I have alot of adhesion aswell, it's so frustrating not being able to find any therapists who know how to work on it and treat it. Many of the massage therapists or triggerpoint specialists can find it but they don't know what to do with it so they ignore it. Thanks for spreading the word, I hope alot more therapists will dive into this method of therapy cause it's huge.
